Miêu tả công việc	Responsibilities: • Develop and implement adequate financial control policies and procedures • Undertake control over operational expenses, incl. analysis of variations to the authorized budgets • Lead and be responsible for timely preparation of the Company’s draft budgets, forecasts, estimates • Coordinate the process of budgeting and forecasting by the Company’s business units • Regulate cash flows, loan proceed and repayment • Ensure every expense in properly approved and documented • Coordinate document exchange with parent company and other holding companies; draft relevant legal and financial documentation and related reports • Revise financial records in terms of correct charges against the Budget • Ensure effective communication/document turnover between finance and sales departments • Compile regular and ad hoc management reports and analyses for FD and CEO review • Assist accounting team in the course of audit; • Provide recommendations in relation to EFFECT software functionality, reporting templates, etc. within areas of responsibility. • Provide recommendations in relation to methodology and templates of budgeting/forecasts to improve reporting reliability for control and management purposes • Assist Financial Director with a variety of financial tasks Benefits: • Challenging and interesting projects • Competitive salary • Free lunch (for Vietnamese) • Health support • Company’s assistance for internet and cell phone (for Vietnamese) • Regular team building activities • Language training courses • Young and dynamic international working environment
