1. Chi tiết công việc:

Vị trí tuyển dụng: Senior SEO Executive

Mô tả công việc:

- Analyze and keyword, keyword research, SEO strategy. 

- Develop technical plans to optimize onsite for search engine index, increasing exposure and ranking. 

- Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code, and content. 

- Develop, deploy and manage strategic link acquisition campaigns, working alongside internal teams and external partners, being the focal point in the development and delivery of such campaigns. 

- Monitor and report content requirements to assist with link building campaigns or on-site SEO. 

- Facilitate the production of link worthy, useful content and community outreach, working with other internal teams or external agencies/suppliers as relevant. 

- Maintain awareness of competitor SEO, link building and social media strategy. 

- Suggest tactical changes as a result of your observations. 

- Conduct keyword research and ensure the site is optimized for popular key phrases identifying, qualifying and communicating any new opportunities. 

- Monitor keyword visibility reports and web analytics data to identify poor performing keywords and areas of opportunity. 

- Mentoring more junior members of the team, sharing ideas and best practices.

2. Yêu cầu công việc:

Kinh nghiệm: 3 năm.

Học vấn: Đại học

Kỹ năng yêu cầu:

- Proven track record in an SEO, social media or online PR role. 

- Understanding of how Google and other search engines rank pages. 

- Vietnamese native & fluent English. - Basic HTML skills. 

- Hands on knowledge of using a variety of link analysis tools: Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, etc. 

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly. 

- Proactive and highly organized, with good time management and planning skills. 

- Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
